CareerValue's policy does not limit rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Email support@careervalue.com.au with the email address on your CareerValue account, the product purchased, the purchase date and a description of the problem. Do not send full card details.
If a paid product is not supplied, cannot be accessed because of a CareerValue fault, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, CareerValue will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, that may include fixing the problem, extending access, cancellation, a refund or another appropriate remedy.
Australian Consumer Law does not generally require a refund simply because a customer changes their mind after receiving what they purchased. CareerValue may consider change-of-mind requests case by case, but this does not affect any legal right to a remedy for a problem with the service.
If CareerValue or Stripe processes a duplicate charge, or you are charged for a product you did not authorise through CareerValue, contact us promptly so the transaction can be investigated.
If a paid product is fully refunded, CareerValue may remove the corresponding paid entitlement or report access, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Approved refunds are submitted through Stripe. The time for the money to appear in your account depends on Stripe, the card network and your bank.
We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and to provide a substantive response within a reasonable period. If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may also contact the consumer protection agency in your state or territory.
